All-Ukrainian restaurant summit was held on 5 April, at which experts shared with the guests theoretical knowledge about the establishment of the restaurant business, as well as practical tools for putting them into practice.
The event was organized by the School of System Business "Business-Designer" Kirill Kunitsky who over 4 years helped over 10,000 managers to bring the work of business to a new level.

The expert told the guests about the importance of having a strong business model at the restaurant and taught him to look for "point G" in his restaurant.
The co-owner of the True Burger Bar and Hedrick's bar and RESTTEAM executive director Alexander Musatov shared advice on how to automate the restaurant's processes and release some of the owner's time, and also demonstrated the best examples of adapting standards to the specifics of the business.

The event was concluded by the founder and creative director of the international restaurants of fast healthy food "Salateira" Irina Dobrutskaya. She told, how much to spend on marketing, when to refresh the brand and how to create an effective marketing strategy for the restaurant.
The All-Ukrainian restaurant summit is the first of a series of thematic events for the narrow branches that the System Business School plans to hold this year.
